When will I be debited?

Depending on your booking conditions, you will receive an email containing a payment link on the date when free cancellation is no longer possible. This link will allow you to finalize the payment for your booking and guarantee your stay.

You may receive a payment link 7, 14, or 30 days before your arrival, depending on your cancellation conditions. 

If you would like to know the exact date on which you will receive this link, you can check your traveler space. This personal space gives you easy access to all the information relating to your booking, including important dates and the specific conditions of your stay.

If you would like to pay before the date on which the payment link is sent, this is entirely possible. We can send you a payment link allowing you to pay earlier. To do so, please contact us by email or phone so that we can assist you with this process. Our team is available to answer any questions you may have and provide you with additional information about the payment process.

The Airbnb, PlumGuide, and Marriott booking platforms offer different payment terms. Please contact them if you would like to know more.
