What should I do if I arrive late?

We recommend that you contact our local partner at least 48 hours before your arrival to arrange a time to collect the keys. This will ensure that all arrangements are in place for a smooth and warm welcome. 

It's also important to note that any requests for arrivals or departures outside standard times are subject to the availability of the concierge. If your schedule does not coincide with our standard times, we encourage you to communicate your specific needs as soon as possible. A flat-rate surcharge may apply in such cases, to cover the additional costs of managing atypical schedules. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience.
