I've left some things in the apartment

The local manager checks all the accommodation after your departure. If anything has been left behind, you can contact him or her, or the Traveler Relations Department.

You will be responsible for the cost of postage.

However, we cannot be held responsible if an item left behind is not found when checked by our team.
