Independent arrival

If you are arriving independently, we are happy to offer you a key box system, specially designed to make your arrival as simple and pleasant as possible. The access code, which will give you access to your accommodation, will be generated automatically at the agreed time. You will receive these codes, together with instructions on how to open the key box, on your traveler's area, which we have made available to you.

We encourage you to respect the specified arrival times, as our accommodation manager and local agencies will only be available during these times. Outside these times, we regret that we are unable to offer you telephone assistance if necessary.
